My Credentials

My Story

Mastering high-stakes performance was only part of the story. The next challenge wasn’t endurance — it was evolution. The question became: How do I raise the bar when the old playbook has nothing left to give?

That shift is where everything changed. I left an industry built on performance at all costs and built a new practice around performance with clarity, presence, and purpose.

It’s the same inflection point I help leaders face now — when the old playbook stops working and the stakes demand something sharper. At that level, leadership isn’t about effort. It’s about presence, precision, and impact under pressure.

I mastered one high-stakes arena, evolved, and now equip leaders to push past what got them here — and perform at the level their future requires.

I spent 15 years directing Broadway, film, and television — Tony-winning productions, A-list talent, live performance with no second takes. I led teams under relentless pressure where results weren’t optional — they were non-negotiable.

Now I bring that same discipline to high-performing leaders in the corporate world. The stakes look different, but the pressure is the same: high-visibility moments, hard conversations, teams that won’t move, and decisions that can’t go wrong.

What I do isn’t theory. It’s pressure-tested strategy — tools that hold when the spotlight is on and the margin for error disappears.

Your Turn

The higher the stakes, the more constant the demands, the harder it is to see clearly. The voices get louder, the agendas multiply, and suddenly it’s hard to hear your own.

The Green Room is where leaders step back to cut through that noise, sharpen their perspective, and align how they show up with what the moment demands.

Not more volume. Not more grind. Just clarity, presence, and strategy that hold under pressure.
